2009 - Manhattan Neck Lift
Your surgeon will make incisions underneath the chin and behind the ears during the neck lift procedure. He will then manipulate the neck muscles (platysma) and he might remove some. The tissues will then hold in places with permanent sutures. The neck lift surgery usually takes 2 to 3 hours and patients must be in perfect health condition to undergo this surgery.
